From the west:

From JFK Boulevard take Hillsdale Road, Ferry Road, or Bulls Ferry Road to River Road. Follow H hospital signs. The East Coast Fitness Center driveway (located right next to Palisades Medical Center) is approximately 4 miles south of the George Washington Bridge, and approximately 1 mile north of Port Imperial Ferry.

From New York City:

Proceed west over the George Washington Bridge. Take exit for Fort Lee, Exit 67/Rt 9W. Stay right onto Hudson Terrace (sharp right U-turn). At end of exit ramp, take a right onto Route 505 South (River Road). Follow ?H? hospital signs. The East Coast Fitness Center driveway is approximately 4 miles from the exit, on the left, and past Unilever Research (on left), just before the entrance to Palisades Medical Center.
