ABSolution: This class offers a variety of abdominal exercises targeting the mid section. Lower back stabilization and stretching included. All levels.

Body Blast/Body Sculpt: These classes focus on improving muscular strength, endurance and balance using dumbbells, body bars, power tubes and stability bars. All levels.

Butts & Guts: This class is designed to tone and strengthen the gluts, hips and abdominals along with core strengthening exercises. All levels.

Core Training: Strengthen your power center muscles with this class designed to strengthen your abdominal region and back, and help improve your balance and agility. All levels.

Ease Into Exercise/Silver Sneakers: Gentle exercises to improve flexibility, balance and increase muscle strength. All levels.

Gentle Yoga: Through deep breathing, meditation, basic yoga postures and gentle movement, you will develop strength and flexibility, release stress and nurture your body’s mind and spirit. This 1-hour class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing, physically rigorous hatha yoga practice linking breath and poses for strength, flexibility and alignment. Recommended for students with previous yoga experience.

Kickboxing: This intense, action packed class, focuses on Karate, Mau Tai and MMA foundations while giving your legs, butt and abs a workout fit for a warrior. All levels.

Latin Dance Mix: Enjoy a great workout as you learn Latin dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton. All levels.

Pilates: A core conditioning class that results in strong, elongated, flexible muscles. All levels.

Speed and Agility: Improve your balance and coordination, prepare to play sports, lose weight, maintain your metabolism at high rate throughout the day by running in all directions, hopping, jumping, skipping and shuffling. All levels.

Spin: A dynamic, high intensity heart-pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

Step & Dance: Interval format class alternating with cardio segments on the step and balancing moves utilizing the bench. All levels.

Sweat Shop: An up-tempo step and cardio routine. You will have fun while sweating. All levels.

Turbo Body: Rev up your engines with this turbocharged workout that will make your body hum. Turn you body into a fuel-efficient machine that’s sure to turn heads. All levels.

Yoga for Bone Strength: Strengthen your spine, hips, wrists and ankles. Improve your posture through safe stretches and fun exercises for balance, coordination and injury prevention. All levels.

Zumba: A dynamic workout mixing body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps derived from Latin and International rhythms. This class is a fun, effective aerobic workout. All levels.
